Verdadero Añejo begins with the same foundation as every expression we make: 100% fully mature eight-year-old Blue Weber Agave from the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Stone-roasted for 56 hours in traditional brick hornos. Crushed by a traditional roller mill. Fermented naturally with wild yeast for 60 to 72 hours.

Then it waits. Our Añejo rests for over a year in first-use American Oak Bourbon barrels, allowing the spirit and wood to develop a deep, layered complexity that cannot be rushed. The result is our most refined expression: rich, silky, and built for those who appreciate what patience produces.
