TWO SOILS. ONE TRUTH.

TWO SOILS. ONE TRUTH.

Most tequila is made fast. Ours isn’t. Verdadero starts with 100% Blue Weber Agave from the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, left in the ground for 8 years until fully mature. From there, it’s stone-roasted for 56 hours, crushed by a traditional tahona wheel, and fermented with wild yeast, the way it’s always been done. Every step takes longer than the industry standard because fast is never an option. We craft with intention and let nature lead.
