How to Enter

Guests must be at least 21 years old.

To enter:

Visit the Verdadero giveaway table at a participating watch party.
Go to the Verdadero booth and get a wristband, which will come with one complimentary entry from the Verdadero brand ambassador.
Receive one half of a numbered, two-part ticket.
The brand ambassador will place one half in the giveaway box.
Keep the matching ticket half until the winner is selected.

Limit one entry per eligible person, per participating watch party.

Winner Claim Period:
The selected winner has 5 minutes to present the matching half of the ticket and claim the prize.

If the prize is not claimed within five minutes, another ticket will be drawn. Each subsequently selected winner will receive a new five-minute claim period.

Completion Deadline:
The giveaway must be completed before the end of the 4th quarter.

The selected entrant has five minutes from the first announcement of the winning number to present the matching ticket half and claim the prize.

If the ticket is not claimed within five minutes, another ticket will be drawn. Each subsequently selected entrant will receive a new five-minute claim period.

The Prize

One verified winner at each participating location will receive:

One winner will receive two tickets to the Verdadero Tequila Patio for the next Texas Football home game.

Approximate retail value: $1000

Tickets are expected to be transferred digitally using the winner’s email address or phone number within approximately three business days after eligibility is verified.

The prize does not include parking, transportation, lodging, food, beverages, taxes, or other expenses unless Verdadero expressly states otherwise.

Official Rules

1. Promotion

The Verdadero Texas Football Watch Party Giveaway, referred to in these Official Rules as the “Giveaway,” is a no-purchase-necessary promotional sweepstakes.

The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

2. Sponsor and Administrator

Prize Provider:
Verdadero Tequila, LLC

The final Sponsor and Administrator must be approved before the Giveaway is promoted or conducted.

Little Woodrow’s is a participating venue and is not responsible for prize delivery or fulfillment unless expressly identified as the Sponsor or Administrator in the final approved Official Rules.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Texas who:

Are at least 21 years old at the time of entry
Are physically present at a participating watch party during the applicable entry period
Satisfy all requirements contained in these Official Rules

The following individuals are not eligible:

Employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider, Little Woodrow’s, or any promotional or fulfillment agency involved with the Giveaway
Employees or representatives of participating alcohol manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, or retailers
Immediate family members of an ineligible individual
Individuals living in the same household as an ineligible individual

For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, and grandchild.

The Giveaway is void outside Texas and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Giveaway Dates and Locations

The Giveaway will be conducted during the approved Texas Football watch parties listed on this webpage and in the final promotional schedule.

Each participating watch party is treated as a separate Giveaway.

For each participating watch party:

The entry period begins 30 minutes before the scheduled kickoff
The entry period ends at the end of the 3rd quarter
The first potential winner is selected during the first commercial break in the 4th quarter.
The winner has 5 minutes to claim the prize; if not claimed within 5 minutes, they forfeit the prize and the brand ambassador will pick again.
The winner-selection process must conclude before the end of the 4th quarter

The Sponsor or Administrator may adjust the timing if the game is delayed, postponed, suspended, canceled, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The complete approved watch party schedule must be added to this page before publication.

5. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Purchasing or consuming an alcoholic beverage, food, or any other product will not:

Provide an entry
Provide an additional entry
Improve an entrant’s odds of winning
Receive preferential treatment in the winner-selection process

Alcohol consumption is not required or encouraged as part of the Giveaway.

6. How to Enter

During the applicable entry period, an eligible participant must:

Visit the Verdadero giveaway table at the participating location.
Request a complimentary entry from the Verdadero brand ambassador.
Receive one numbered, two-part ticket.
Allow the brand ambassador to separate the ticket.
Allow the brand ambassador to place one half in the official giveaway box.
Retain the matching ticket half until the Giveaway has concluded.

Limit one entry per person, per participating watch party.

An entrant may not enter on behalf of another person.

Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, altered, transferred, forged, mechanically reproduced, obtained through fraud, or submitted after the entry period ends are void.

A ticket that is not deposited in the official giveaway box before entries close is not an eligible entry.

The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, destroyed, or misplaced ticket halves.

7. Entry Verification

The Sponsor or Administrator must require an entrant to present valid government-issued identification to confirm:

Identity
Age (over 21)
Texas residency
Eligibility under these Official Rules

An entrant who cannot provide acceptable identification may be disqualified.

The Sponsor or Administrator may reject any entry that it reasonably believes was obtained or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

8. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at each participating watch party.

The drawing will begin during the first commercial break in the 4th quarter.

The winning ticket number will be announced and the winner has 5 minutes to claim the prize.

The potential winner must:

Be physically present at the participating location
Present the matching numbered ticket half
Respond within five minutes of the first announcement
Provide valid government-issued photo identification
Confirm that they are at least 21 years old
Complete any required eligibility, release, acknowledgment, or prize-acceptance documents

The potential winner is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documents have been completed.

9. Five-Minute Claim Period

The potential winner has five minutes from the first announcement of the winning number to present the matching ticket half.

The number may be announced multiple times during the claim period.

If the potential winner does not claim the prize within five minutes:

The selected entry is forfeited
The ticket is no longer eligible
Another ticket will be selected at random
The newly selected entrant will receive a new five-minute claim period

The process will continue until an eligible winner is confirmed or until the Giveaway must conclude.

The winner selection and verification process must be completed by the end of the third quarter.

If an eligible winner cannot be confirmed before that deadline, the Sponsor or Administrator may use an alternate process permitted by the final, legally approved Official Rules.

10. Prize

One verified winner at each participating watch party location will receive:

One winner will receive two tickets to the Verdadero Tequila Patio for the next Texas Football home game.

Approximate retail value: $1000

The exact game, seat location, ticket type, and delivery date are subject to availability.

The prize does not include:

Parking
Transportation
Lodging
Food
Beverages
Personal expenses
Taxes
Any other expense not expressly identified as part of the prize

The winner is solely responsible for all expenses and obligations not expressly included in the prize.

11. Ticket Transfer

The winner must provide:

Full legal name
Valid email address
Valid phone number
Any additional information reasonably required to complete the ticket transfer

Tickets are expected to be transferred digitally within approximately three business days after eligibility is verified.

The winner is responsible for:

Maintaining a valid email address or mobile number
Creating or maintaining any ticketing account required to accept the tickets
Accepting the transfer before any stated deadline
Following all ticket-provider and venue requirements

Failure to complete the ticket-transfer process may result in forfeiture.

12. Prize Restrictions

The prize:

Has no cash redemption value
May not be exchanged for cash
May not be substituted by the winner
May not be duplicated
Is subject to ticket-provider and venue rules
May be canceled if obtained, transferred, or used fraudulently

The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The Sponsor is not responsible if the applicable game is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, played without spectators, or canceled.

If the game is canceled and the tickets have no remaining value, the Sponsor’s obligations will be determined by the final approved Official Rules and applicable law.

13. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the applicable participating watch party.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

14. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with accepting or using the prize.

The Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or documentation required for tax reporting.

15. Winner Information

The Sponsor, Administrator, and Prize Provider may collect the winner’s:

Full legal name
Email address
Phone number
Date of birth or confirmation of age
Government-issued identification information
Winning ticket number
Preferred ticket-transfer method
Signature
Other information reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway

This information may be used to:

Confirm eligibility
Contact the winner
Complete the ticket transfer
Maintain legally required records
Prevent fraud
Administer and document the Giveaway

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and Prize Provider to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

A separate written release may be required before any winner photograph, testimonial, or likeness is published.

17. General Conditions

The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any individual who:

Violates these Official Rules
Attempts to enter more than once
Alters or duplicates a ticket
Transfers a ticket or entry
Tampers with the entry or drawing process
Interferes with another participant
Provides false or misleading information
Acts fraudulently, disruptively, abusively, or unsafely
Fails to follow venue rules or staff instructions

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, postpone, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, tampering, technical failure, venue conditions, public-safety concerns, game changes, legal requirements, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the integrity or operation of the Giveaway.

Any material modification will be communicated through the Giveaway webpage or at the participating location when reasonably possible.

18. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, Prize Provider, Little Woodrow’s, promotional agencies, ticket providers, participating venues, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of:

Participation in the Giveaway
Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or loss of the prize
Travel to or attendance at the event
Personal injury
Property damage
Ticket loss or transfer failure
Event postponement, cancellation, or schedule changes
Printing, human, technical, or administrative errors

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit a liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Disputes and Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute relating to the Giveaway that cannot be resolved informally will be brought individually, and not as part of a class or representative action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Each entrant waives any right to recover punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

21. Responsible Consumption

Alcohol consumption is not required to enter or win.

All alcoholic beverages are sold and served solely by the licensed retailer in accordance with applicable law and the retailer’s responsible-service policies.

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive.

22. Relationship to Participating Organizations

Little Woodrow’s is a participating venue and is not responsible for prize delivery unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final webpage must include the partner disclaimer required by the applicable agreements with The University of Texas at Austin, Texas Athletics, Learfield, the ticket provider, and any other participating organization.
